An answer to prayers...

God works in mysterious ways amen? Sometimes not so mysterious. Sometimes it's totally there in our face and we ignore it and put it off because, "now's not the time God." Well HE is the great sheperd and HE has a way of taking His crook and bringing us right back to where we need to be.

I mentioned this past Monday that I had such a strong calling on my heart and I was going to take some time and really listen to what HE was knocking for. Well...really I knew the whole time I was just refusing to listen. After much praying and spending time in the word I know that God is calling Ryan and I to be super involved with the youth group in our church. We have such a passion for those kiddos and want to dive in. We had the opportunity to share this with the youth pastor and his wife this weekend and wouldn't you know it was an answer to their prayers as well. They had been praying for some time that Ryan and I would step up and step in to help with the youth. So God is amazing! AMEN?! This will be a step of faith for us as we will no longer be working our second jobs as much. It mostly effects me...but that's okay. Like I said this is something that has been heavy on my heart and I'm ready to answer the call. Now I will only be working three long nights a week. (Monday, tuesday and thursday) Then just working an hour and a half on wednesdays that way I have time to come home, go to the chiropractor and go to youth group! I am SOOO PUMPED!!! Doesn't it feel good to be doing the Lords will? :)

So thank you all who prayed with me about this lifestyle change. I feel better and feel like life is back on track. I do go back to the dr. on friday so we shall see then how many changes I need to make according to him! :)

We're expecting some snow flurries this week. I am sooo sick of snow! This past weekend was pretty amazing weather compared to what it has been. The sun actually came out! It was good for the soul! So hopefully this week will only be flurries and no accumulation! This country girl is ready for SUMMER! (Or at least capri, skirt and flip flop weather)

I talked to my SIL this weekend and she is getting closer and closer to her due date with Ms. Lydia! She is already dialated a little bit...so who knows....maybe this baby will be early?! We shall just wait and see.

I hope you all have a blessed monday! Listen for the Lords will and answer when he knocks on the door!

In HIS precious name,
Stephanie Rachelle
